This unique Villa L’Estanquet boasts an outstanding location, on the water front easily recognisable thanks to its Provençal tower and where you can enjoy an unparalleled view of the turquoise waters of Escalet beach.
Facing east and south-east, the house is perfectly positioned to catch the first rays of sunlight each morning, offering glorious, colourful sunrises.
At the foot of the house starts the customs path. It leads to one of the jewels of the French Mediterranean coast the Cap Taillat and its blue bay
The villa is designed for both indoor and outdoor living, featuring numerous terraces with varying exposures so you can enjoy the sun throughout the day.

A short 15 minutes’ drive you will be in the heart of the village of St Tropez. In the famous Place des Lices you will experience a genuine village atmosphere with a twice-weekly market attracting visitors from all over the region. You can enjoy a meal in one of the many seafront restaurants and stroll along the shimmering marina, where multi-millionaire yachts are moored. St Tropez nightlife is really close at hand.
