Ensconced in cool elegance, guests will savour indoor and outdoor living with exceptional service and upscale amenities. This modern newly built beachfront villa offers its own private infinity pool and outdoor dining area overlooking the sea. Truly private getaway - Villa Neptun offer opportunities for total relaxation and escape.

The villa spreads over 550 m², on three floors and consists of 6 en suite bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The design combines modern lines with traditional materials to fit its surrounding environment. Villa Neptun can accommodate up to 12 guests. Amongst others it features an infinity edge swimming pool, a gym room, a sauna and a floating dock with moorings. The villa is also equipped with an elevator (Thyssen Krupp) and has one bedroom which specifically fits for disabled people.

The layout makes the most of the majestic views by combining open plan living with floor to ceiling foldable windows. Externally the villa benefits from a contemporary infinity edged swimming pool (11m) overlooking a floating dock and moorings below.

From the rear of the villa the main entrance is at ground level but from the front it is on the second floor. When entering the villa, you enter hallway with a staircase and an elevator (Thyssen Krupp) finished in Egyptian Lime stone. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms - each room has its unique style and its own terrace with a beautiful view across the bay of Sumartin. Master bedroom is designed in Venetian/Romantic style, it has king size bed, en-suite bathroom with a tropical shower and a freestanding bath, separate dressing room with a small desk and internet, USB sockets and a safe. Two more bedroom have king size bed (separable), walk in dressing room and separate bathroom with a tropical rain shower. Third bedroom has a large showering area and a bench which is suitable for disabled people.

The internal staircase or elevator leads down to the first floor where are three more comfortable double bedrooms with bathrooms and sea view. Another Master bedroom is designed in tropical style, has king size bed, en-suite bathroom with a tropical shower and a freestanding bath, separate dressing room with a small desk, internet and USB sockets and a safe, access to a large private terrace which leads to the ground floor. Two more bedrooms are designed in Asian style, modern ambience, have king size bed (separable), walk in dressing room, separate bathroom with a tropical rain shower. Bedrooms are connected by a large terrace. On this floor there is also a Gym room with exercise equipment from Kettler, flat screen TV, mirror wall. And for those who have some time for business there is office desk with printer, scanner and photocopier.

The main living area is situated on ground floor which has a stunning view over the glittering bay. There you will find yourself inside a spacious area divided in several parts, fully equipped kitchen, dining area with elegant table for 12 and living room with cosy and comfortable modern sofa, stylish artwork, fire place (bioethanol), satellite television, Smart TV, Blu-ray-Player, while large glass sliding doors connect it to the outdoor terrace of 350m², swimming pool 11m x 3m with sun loungers, which maximises the enjoyment of the stunning view of the entire bay and the village.

Villa Neptun has been designed to provide all the facilities you need to relax and escape from the pressures of everyday life, so here you will also find billiard table, sauna with a nice view onto a stone wall and infra-red therapy. Laundry room with washing machines and a dryer, separate guest cloakroom with WC and elevator.. The terrace is spacious 350m², it includes a fully-equipped outdoor fireplace and kitchenette, outdoor dining table for 12 and sitting area, sun loungers, large swimming pool with swimming and massage jet.- an ideal location for relaxation since it offers extra comfort and majestic sea views. Clean glass balustrades surround all terraces. There is almost private beach with sundeck and jetty with a yacht dock.

Island Brac is situated between islands Solta and Hvar and it is biggest middle Dalmatian island with 395 km² of space. The island was probably named after a deer – brenthos in Illyrian, a cult animal of Illyrian tribes who inhabited the island. Greeks called it Elaphusa and Bretanide which derives from the world elaphos – deer. Findings in the Kopacina cave are the evidence of the presence of deer on Brac in the prehistoric period. Beach Zlatni rat, Vidova gora, Blaca desert, deep inlets, olive-groves, vineyards, pine wood along the crystal clear sea are images that numerous visitors bring home from the island of Brac. Island Brac belongs to the sunniest Adriatic area with over 2,700 hours of sunshine a year (in summer 9-12 hours, in winter over 4 hours a day). The average summer temperature is 23.8 C and in winter 8,6 C. Island Brac is characterised by all the typical Mediterranean characteristics: long, hot and dry summers and short mild winters. Area of 394 km², a length of 40km and width of 13 km Brac is the most widespread island of Dalmatia, and the third largest among 1185 islands, islets and reefs in the Croatian Adriatic sea.
