Casa do Pego is an amazing, simple yet luxurious house. It has a unique, clean architectural design where concrete, large glass windows and pine wood decks, shades and terrace blend perfectly.

Casa do Pego consists of a Master Bedroom with 23sq .eters (en suite bathroom)
Large dressing area. Queen size bed 160cm x 200cm mattress, two side tables with lamps, area rug. A further Double Bedroom with 15sq.meters which can be set  up either with two separate single beds 90cm x 200cm mattress or as a King size bed 180cm x 200cm mattress, one side table and floor lamp, area rug.
The third Double Bedroom with 15sq.meters can be set either with two separate single beds 90cm x 200cm mattress) or as a King size bed 180cm x 200cm mattress, two side tables with lamps, area rug.
Living room with 61 sq. meters, with iconic suspended gyro-focus fireplace. 2 sofa areas, one for lounging facing the living room, the interior courtyard and the amazing view on the front deck with (5 seater).There is a 2nd sofa area for TV ( 3 seater ). Flat screen TV with cable set-top box 100 channels, and media centre.
Kitchen with 40sq.meters. Fully equipped with Siemens Class-A top-end appliances and Toaster, Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine.

There is an Interior Courtyard with 48sq.meters for outdoor relax in full privacy. Cork Oak tree provides shade. Pine wood deck. Sunburst tile panel in external courtyard wall by Portuguese artist Querubim Lapa.

A Front Deck with total area of 115sq.meters in pine wood. Perfect for relax, facing west, where you can see the sunset and hear the ocean sounds. There are 2 lounge chairs.

The terrace on the top of the house there is a 143 sq.meter terrace communicating with the pool area, covered with pine wood for sunbathing and relax. It is furnished with four mattresses (removable resistant fabric for cleaning) and four lounge chairs.
The garden, the house is built in a natural reserve and has a 800sq. meters garden with wood decks for comfortable walking into the house entrance as well as a parking space. Landscaping was done though the choice of native species and the garden is sculptured like a sand dune.

The Comporta region located within the Sado Estuary Nature Reserve where the Sado river meets the ocean, has long been a favourite holiday resort of Portugal’s oldest families and has slowly also become known and loved by the international set, including a number of designers such as Christian Louboutin, due mainly to its simple charm and magical landscapes of rice fields and pine forests, thatched cottages and long un-spoilt golden sandy beaches.     

There are a number of basic cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and small shops selling freshly caught fish and locally produced vegetables in the vicinity and within walking distance! Praia do Pego beach at 400 metres Praia do Carvalhal beach 3 km, Carvalhal Village 3 km and Comporta with a few trendy shops, restaurants and basic services at 14 km.
