This luxury property Villa Colibri 10 can accommodate 20 guests, with 5 A/C bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms in the main house and a further 5 bedrooms in 3 independent apartments, heated infinity pool and a huge Jacuzzi, located in La Croix Valmer and close to Saint Tropez 10 km and the 1 km from the beaches of Ramatuelle and Gigaro.

Villa Colibri 10 is a newly built contemporary property. It has a stunning ocean view over the vineyards. The villa is elegantly decorated and furnished with exclusive design furniture.  Living space 250 m2 on 3 levels, the main house has 5 bedrooms accommodating 10 guests

 
In the main house the ground floor consists of an entry hall and a bathroom, a huge living room with fireplace, TV Satellite, DVD, I pod Docking station, CD Player, A/C, and a dining room with dining table for 10 people.  There is also a large open and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, ice maker, dish washer, oven, professional cooker, micro-wave, wine cupboard, mixer, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee machine.

All rooms are opening onto the terrace, the pool and the fantastic ocean view.  On the first floor are 3 double bed rooms all equipped with bathrooms and with a superb sea views. The master bedroom has also a fire place and balcony with lounge chairs.

On the lower floor there is a small, tv room, two more bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower and WC  (one bedroom with a huge patio with an olive tree) (the other has no window) and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron station.

The 3 apartments, completely separated from the main house, are independent luxury apartments all with their own private entrance, a secluded terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, Nespresso machine, oven, micro-wave etc. These apartments are ideal for guests' friends or staff ... people who would like to be separate from the other party staying in the main house.

Outside space is equally beautiful and consists of a heated infinity pool and a huge heated jacuzzi. The pool house is equipped with a barbecue, sun beds, shower and WC and the huge wooden table sets free the most wonderful view on the ocean and the Islands du Levant & Port Cros.
