Villa Snaguia is a very nice private 5 bedrooms villa located about twenty kilometres from Marrakech in the heart of an ancient olive grove.Villa Snaguia is a cheerful country house away from the bustle of Marrakech, an ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the sun with family or friends.

Villa Snaguia is built on an estate of more than 5 hectares which hosts two other villas. Each villa is completely independent, each with its own private pool. The clay tennis court is shared by all three houses.

Villa Snaguia is a contemporary chic villa. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden with centuries old olive trees, palms, cacti and roses. The 25 metre long pool is slightly hidden from the house behind the trees.

The terraces of the villa are tastefully arranged and furnished with comfortable armchairs and cushions. The large front terrace has a covered lounge area in ​​a square shape, a very nice place to be during the day and in the evening. You can enjoy a drink here or have lunch/dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.

The rear terrace directly overlooking a fresh pond is a great place to read a book or take a nap. Access to the pond can be secured if you stay at the villa with young children.

The main building of the house features the living room, dining room and kitchen, a TV lounge, a double bedroom on the ground floor and one upstairs bedroom.

In the right wing there are 3 double bedrooms all overlooking a rose garden and the olive grove.

In the villa there is a double living room with sofas and arm chairs, fireplace. Rear terrace overlooking the pond. Front terrace overlooking the garden and a small open plan sitting area with TV and DVD player. A dining room for 10 people

The entire villa is under floor heated in the winter and under floor cooled in spring, summer and autumn. There is no A/C in the villa and bedrooms.

About ten metres from the villa is the swimming pool  25m x 5m.
A large square table next to a barbecue is the perfect place to organise outdoor dining with the prospect of the swimming pool and beyond the Atlas Mountains.

Malika is the chef at Snaguia. She will prepare delicious Moroccan dishes.

Villa Snaguia is situated on the road to Sidi Rahal, 20km from the centre of Marrakech. We recommend that you rent a car for your stay if you want to move in and around Marrakech.
