This is a beautiful pool villa close to Talamanca, with stunning views to Ibiza town and the sea. It is within walking distance to Talamanca beach taking only 7 to 10 minutes. It takes only 3 minutes by car to get to some of the popular restaurants and bars in the Marina Botafoch area, and only 5 minutes by car to Ibiza town. There is also a small supermarket in Talamanca.

The outdoor areas consist of a beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden, an infinity pool surrounded by a huge sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, and views to Ibiza town. There is an outdoor dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people, a barbecue, and private parking for 3 cars.

The spacious living areas consist of an open-plan lounge, a dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The lounge is bright and airy with large comfortable sofas, a fireplace and satellite TV, as well as heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi throughout the house. The open-plan living area has huge floor to ceiling glass doors which open out onto the large terrace, overlooking the pool.

There are 2 beautifully furnished double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and ample storage space. The master bedroom boasts superb views to Ibiza town and the sea. Both rooms have access to the gardens and terrace through double doors.
