A modern villa near Sagres on the cliff top of Paria de Salema with breath-taking sea views and overlooking Salema beach, consisting of 4 bedrooms & bathrooms and  a private infinity pool, as well as some excellent restaurants, shops and beaches within walking distance

It is not hard to see why we call this one ‘Vista Azul’ (‘Blue View’). As you relax on the edge of the pool or on the terrace, perhaps with a glass of something special, the sensational views are made up of the clear, blue sky and crystal, blue sea. 

Stepping inside from the terrace and you find an interior which has been designed and furnished to provide the highest levels of comfort. The open-plan living and dining area has a light airy feel - the minimalist décor really makes the most of the abundance of natural light. The luxurious and spacious bedrooms are oases of tranquillity, each of them enjoys access to an outdoor terrace, of course with those unforgettable views. 

The Villa consist of  an entrance hall, equipped with built-in wardrobe, leading into a contemporary living room decorated with warm and exotic elements with fireplace and flat screen TV. On the left is an extra-large, fully equipped open plan kitchen, with a side-by-side fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker and toaster.
The pantry and laundry are equipped with washing and drying machines, iron and ironing board. The dining area is equipped with table and chairs, seating 8 people and leads to an outdoor dining area, also for 8 people, with a portable Big Green Egg barbeque.
You will enjoy the east and westward facing terraces with fabulous views of the coastline of Salema and Sagres.
To the right, a bedroom with a double sofa bed and flat screen TV, ocean views and direct access to the terrace and a shower room is located in front of the bedroom.

On the first floor a master bedroom with a large double bed, with breathtaking sea views, flat screen TV, an en-suite bathroom and separate dressing room and two large bedrooms, with double bed, flat screen TV and separate shower room. All rooms have natural light and access to a large terrace, overlooking the coastline and the nearby Salema beach.

From those views, it is not only the clear blue sea and sky which one’s attention is drawn to, but also the golden, sandy beaches of the Algarve coastline. Indeed, the nearest beach is just a short walk away – perfect for kids! Also, a range of delightful restaurants and convenient shops are within walking distance, and further afield you will find an endless list of activities in the region, golf courses, spas, and excellent walks. Also, the beautiful cities of Lagos and Faro are reachable for a day out.
