The large entrance hallway with a high traditional Portuguese tiled domed ceiling, whilst being very light and airy. From the hallway walk on the cool marble floor into the large living area with striking views out towards the gardens and pool area.


The living area is large and open with plenty of space for everyone to relax in. There are two seating areas to enjoy and look out onto the green tropical garden. Leading from the living room up a few steps to the dining area you can experience a perfect dining experience in a light and open setting.

The fully fitted kitchen next to the dining area enables you to recreate your favourite Portuguese dishes.


With 5 large bedrooms, Villa Island can comfortably sleep up to 10 people in spacious surroundings.

Downstairs there is one twin bedroom with patio doors leading out to the terrace near the pool and one double bedroom, both of which features wooden floors, fitted wardrobes and marble ensuite bathrooms.


Upstairs there are a further 3 double bedrooms, which are decorated in a similarly elegant style and all with ensuite bathrooms.
The large master bedroom has access to a balcony terrace and beautiful views over the garden and pool area. It also features a dressing area as well as a large marble ensuite bathroom with both a bath and a shower as well as his and hers sinks. The master bedroom connects to another double bedroom and is ideal for families wishing to be near young children.
The third upstairs double bedroom also has access to the balcony terrace to enjoy

Tourism development tax must be paid for any guests over the age of 16. The charge during low season (November 1st - March 31st) is 5 € per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights) and during high season (April 1st - October 31st) it is 10 € per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights). Payment of this tax will be billed with the balance of the booking

Guests must returned the property in the same condition of check in, otherwise fees can be charged & deducted from the Security Deposit

Cancellation insurance

Extra Cleaning on request when booking starting at 30 € per hour minimum 2 hours

Electricity over allocated amount charged  from 0.20 € per KWh

Heating of swimming pool starting from 650.00 € per week
