The spacious living room, filled with natural light with sea views, opens into a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a centre island and an adjacent dining area - perfect for entertaining. Large glass doors open directly onto a spacious terrace with stunning views. A separate TV room provides a cozy for movie nights. Guests can unwind in six luxurious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Five of the bedrooms offer direct access to terraces or the garden. The independent cottage adds an additional en-suite bedroom, offering even more privacy.
Outside there is a beautifully landscaped gardens, a large heated swimming pool with sun-beds and a rooftop terrace that serves as a spectacular setting for sunset cocktails and al fresco dining. St Tropez is just a 6 minutes drive, there are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”.
Nearby with 5 to 15 minutes drive there are many wonderful small villages such as Ramatuelle, Gassin, Girmaud, La Garde Freinet & Plan de la Tour just to name just a few.
