Prigradica is located on the north part of the island Korcula, 4 km away from town Blato. It used to be a commercial port, whereas today it is a small tourist village. During the summer season a catamaran service connects Prigradica with Split, Hvar and Korcula. Away from curious eyes and crowds, the site offers an incomparable intimacy to those in search of relaxation without sacrificing their comfort. Villa boasts a large swimming pool of 40 m² with a counter-swimming system, a wellness oasis that contains a sauna for 4 people and Jacuzzi for 4 people. Villa P Korcula has 4 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, two guests toilet, a spacious, open-concept living and dining area with a large fully equipped kitchen. The villa is suitable for accommodation of 8 persons.
On the ground floor of villa, you will find a wellness oasis – sauna, Jacuzzi and bathroom. In this section, you will also find a bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. This area with its south-facing glass walls, is connected to the terrace which contains a large swimming pool and pergola with lounge area. Here, you will also find a chairs for relaxing, sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture and infallible barbecue.
To the central part of the villa which is situated on the first floor you approach with inner staircases and here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an island, dining room with a dining table, living room with a sofa for relaxing and SAT TV. In this area, there is also a guest toilet and laundry room.
On the second floor of Villa Palma Korcula, you will find 3 more bedrooms. The first room, the master bedroom, is a comfortable space with an en suite bathroom with bath. The other two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. All rooms are air-conditioned, and have shared terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea and islands in the distance. Korcula is considered as the pearl of the southern Dalmatia and offers to its visitors picturesque walled old town of Korcula, magnificent coastal panoramas, dreamlike fishing villages and idyllic coves. The sixth largest island in Croatia, Korcula is 20 miles long and rather narrow, between 4 and 5 miles wide on average. This island is known for its dense forest and the ancient Greeks called the island Black Korcula (Kerkyra melaina) for this reason. Away from the tourist-places on the coast of the island Korcula, in the island's interior one discovers a unique green landscape with panoramic views and hidden cultural treasure, which one can discover either on foot or by bicycle. The coast of the island of Korcula is very indented with a large number of bays and coves.
The main resorts are Korcula Town (people call it “Little Dubrovnik” because of its medieval squares, churches, palaces and houses), Vela Luka and Lumbarda. There’s also smaller towns and villages dotted around on the island for those looking for a more secluded holiday. Korcula is one of Croatia’s most treasured islands although, perhaps somewhat surprisingly, not quite as popular as some of its slightly more northern counterparts, such as Brac and Hvar. This may be because the island is a little further away to get to (both from Split or Dubrovnik) and some of the most convenient ferry services to the island only run in summer.
