Your busy lifestyle means every moment of your leisure time is precious, so in Villa Crema the impressive internal specification includes gym, home office, media room, sauna, steam room, wine cellar and boat mooring & with direct access to the sea. Villa Crema has been designed to provide all the facilities you need to relax and escape from the pressures of everyday life.
The villa is spread over three floors and consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms. The design combines modern lines with traditional materials to fit its surrounding environment. The layout makes the most of the majestic views by combining open plan living with floor to ceiling foldable windows. The upper floor with the entrance level there are two master suits, both benefit from full height glass windows giving access to the stunning sea and mountain views. The beds are King size and there is a TV screen is linked to the central satellite. Both bedrooms have large private balconies with their own seating area allowing guests to take breakfast or just to escape to their own private domain. The bathrooms are a sublime exercise in understated opulence.
On the middle floor the living room and kitchen open on to an outside terrace area. Folding glass doors allow the floor to become an open plan, creating an alfresco living environment. There is the option of dining inside or outside. A glass wine cellar, media room, and office can be found on this level.
The ground floor there are two further en-suite bedrooms with patio doors leading out on to the main terrace giving panoramic sea views over the pool. Both rooms have large King-size beds which can be made into twin single beds. A self-contained spa with a sauna, steam room, and gym can also be found on this level.
Villa Crema is a luxurious waterfront property bordering a crystal blue bay on the south side of Brac Island with a contemporary infinity edged swimming pool overlooking a floating jetty/dock with mooring. The sheltered location makes it perfect for mooring a boat during summer months and exploring nearby attractions by water.

Island Brac is situated between islands Solta and Hvar and it is biggest middle Dalmatian island with 395 km² of space. The island was probably named after a deer – brenthos in Illyrian, a cult animal of Illyrian tribes who inhabited the island. Greeks called it Elaphusa and Bretanide which derives from the world elaphos – deer. Findings in the Kopacina cave are the evidence of the presence of deer on Brac in the prehistoric period. Beach Zlatni rat, Vidova gora, Blaca desert, deep inlets, olive-groves, vineyards, pine wood along the crystal clear sea are images that numerous visitors bring home from the island of Brac.
Island Brac belongs to the sunniest Adriatic area with over 2,700 hours of sunshine a year, in summer 9-12 hours, in winter over 4 hours a day. The average summer temperature is 23.8 C and in winter 8,6 C. Island Brac is characterised by all the typical Mediterranean characteristics: long, hot and dry summers and short mild winters. Area of 394 km², a length of 40km and width of 13 km Brac is the most widespread island of Dalmatia, and the third largest among 1185 islands, islets and reefs in the Croatian Adriatic sea.
