Villa Rikana with 6 bedrooms villa located in Albufeira with direct access and private to the beach, private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, garden, only 500 meters from shops and restaurants, amazing sea views.

Enjoying a wonderful and unique location directly above the beach of Dos Bicos with private access to the beach from the garden, this is a very beautiful and superbly furnished and equipped villa. Restaurants, nightlife and shopping are all within easy walking distance.

Being above the beach, the views of the sea and along the coast are superb but the location is quiet and privacy is excellent. A path and steps lead directly onto the beach from an attractive lawned garden with waterfall, pool and excellent barbecue terrace.  Furnishings and layout let you make the most of relaxed indoor and outdoor living. Located on a hill and with direct access to a private beach, Villa Rikana is the perfect property to spend your holidays in!

The villa is in two parts, a main house with three bedrooms and an annexe with a further three.

Bedrooms are arranged in the main house and annexe, with two doubles and a twin in each, four doubles and two twins altogether.
The master double bedroom has a king size bed and adjoining bathroom.  On the first floor are a guest twin room with shower room and balcony, and a double room with bathroom.
The annexe provides two further doubles both with bathrooms en suite and a twin with shower room.

The main house has hallway, fully equipped modern kitchen and separate laundry, and comfortable living room with superb sea views. There is a large summer dining room with windows all along one side that open onto the barbecue terrace, and to the pool.

Entrance to the property from the private drive is through an iron gate to a pretty entrance courtyard; straight ahead is the door to the main house and the annexe has a downstairs and and upstairs door up stairs to the right.

The pool is 11m x 5m approximately with infinity edge and can be heated at extra cost.  There is an attractive dining terrace with lovely sea views and a charcoal barbecue.(At the edges of the garden are rock features and the are some steep parts so care should be taken with children.) The garden adjoins the beach which is a short walk down steep steps and a path.

The garden is well kept with lawns, flower beds and three rock pools.

The position is generally quiet but there is plenty in the surrounding area: local shopping is about 500m away, as are several restaurants, and you can play tennis at a nearby hotel, also a few minutes walk.  Albufeira is about 2km and golf is all around, several courses within a twenty minutes drive. Villa Rikana is just a short walk from Santa Eulália with its variety of restaurants and shops.
