Iconic villa of Comporta's province, in Setubal village, with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, exterior pool, nice outdoors, terrace and close to the sea. 

Villa Simao is one of the most iconic houses in Comporta, located next to the famous rice fields that so much identify the region. This house has 6 luxurious bedrooms and 6 bathrooms where the detail in decoration and comfort for the guests were identified as priorities. 

This beautiful villa is comprised of handcrafted wooden structures that sit atop shimmering sand. Vaulted ceilings and full-length windows allow natural light to stream in from all angles, illuminating the interior. 

In the living room, visitors can enjoy the contemporary and comfortable mustard coloured sofa. Tucked away in an intimate corner, there are also two crimson velvet-upholstered wicker chairs, which represent a perfect quiet spot to savour a morning coffee. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is designed with an ultra modern touch included black cabinets and glossy tiles.

Shrubbery and lilac-hued bushes are landscaped around the property with nothing but rolling hilltops beyond.

Outside, guests can appreciate a refreshing lap pool, with turquoise water where they can dive in to cool down or enjoy the sun on the loungers located near to the pool. The thatch-roofed gazebo

offers a shaded escape to read or to have a rest.

The price includes 6 hours of daily cleaning.

The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as additional housekeeping, pool heating, baby equipment, grocery delivery, airport transfers, baby sitter, car with driver, butler service, concierge service... 
The housekeeping at the end of the stay is not included in the price.

The house is located 1,5 km from the ocean. Guests have access to a private beach, which is only for people who have a house in this condominium.

Lisbon’s historic cityscape is just over an hour by car. The villa, thanks to its location allows its guests to discover the surroundings. For example, they can go and appreciate the banks of the Tagus River, taste authentic cuisine in the Alfama which is the oldest district of the city, explore

Just south of Lisbon this part of Portugal’s coastline offers a stunning expanse of un-spoilt sandy beaches within a picturesque rustic scene where rice farming, fishermen and salt makers still abound.
