This stunning estate Villa Mare, with its own architecture and outstanding qualities, is located in a calm, isolated setting on the western tip of the Aleomandra peninsula and only 10 minutes from Mykonos town

This beachfront property with direct beach access on its front, an unique offering a beautiful design seeking to take full advantage of the villa’s exceptional location and tremendous natural beauty.

Soft, earthy tones dominate the interiors, which are accented with bursts of summer colours, art pieces, and modern furniture. Its ground floor is filled with natural light and has direct access to the property’s front yard. It also has a high cathedral ceiling living room, a separate kitchen with an island, and a well-appointed dining space. These rooms were cleverly arranged to provide access to the courtyard outdoors. On the ground level, there is a master en-suite bedroom with dressing, Jacuzzi, study area, and sun lounger patio with stunning sea and sunset views. The upper floor features two large en-suite bedrooms with double basins and a patio with sun loungers, as well as spectacular sea and sunset views.

On the lower level, there is an extra double en-suite with a separate door for complete solitude. The two separate guest houses have independent access and unobstructed sea views; one can sleep four guests in an open-plan space with two double beds and a bathroom with double showers and sinks, while the other can be an independent home for a couple with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette. There is also a basement, an exercise area, and a playroom in the property.

The external part of the property is dotted with numerous lounging and sitting areas, a bar, an outdoor dining area at the level of the main house, and a breakfast area right outside the kitchen. But the villa’s highlight is its 7 x 14 m swimming pool smartly located at the lower part of the property so that it creates a sense of continuation with the Aegean sea right in front of it.
