Villa Miracle is located on the property of 840m² and the villa itself spreads over 395m² of living space. Modern style and furnishings are distinctive features of Villa Miracle. This Dalmatian beauty takes your breath away with its sophisticated interior and spacious exterior inviting you to fully enjoy every single moment of your stay. Villa Miracle, thanks to its position and comfortable interior, provides everything you need for maximum enjoyment of your vacation on the Adriatic coast. Because of the orientation towards the sea, all rooms have a beautiful view of the Dalmatian islands and the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. Villa Miracle has five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, offering accommodation for 10 guests.

The spacious open-planned, light filled ground floor consists of a living room enriched with carefully designed furniture, fireplace and combination of dark and light neutral tones that emphasise simplicity and sophistication. In extension there is comfortable dining area with table for 10 people and a fully equipped modern SieMatic kitchen with a kitchen island and barstools. The kitchen offers all you need to prepare delicious Dalmatian delicacies or on request you have the opportunity to engage the services of our professional chef who can prepare all the meals of the day for you. On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that is adapted for people with disabilities. The ground floor also has an additional toilet, dressing room and laundry with an additional shower.

From the open-plan ground floor you can directly reach the beautiful terrace with swimming pool 50m² with hydro massage and waterfall which is surrounded by sun loungers which are ideal for enjoying some cocktails and refresh yourself from the summer heat. In the extension is a beautiful Mediterranean garden in which a Dalmatian barbecue with a sink has found its place. Evening socialising and preparing delicious meals will beautify the magnificent view from the terrace to the sea horizon.

The first floor of Villa Miracle is connected by internal staircases from the ground floor, where are four spacious modern decorated bedrooms with sea view. The Master bedroom is equipped with two queen size beds, en-suite bathroom with a designer bath-tub, a WC and a shower and spacious private terrace. The remaining three bedrooms are also spacious, have en-suite bathroom, king-size beds and a balcony with a beautiful panoramic sea view.

Local Information:
Rogoznica is a small town at the end of North Dalmatia. This former fishing village is now a well-known tourist destination. The old town center is located on the island connected to the mainland by a bridge and is still very isolated from the rest of the world. The mainland of Rogoznica consists of family houses, villas and apartments with private beaches which can be a great choice for your holiday. Rogoznica is located 35 km from Sibenik and 55 km from Split. The airport Split is situated 28 km from Rogoznica. Rogoznica is known as the safest harbor on this part of the Adriatic, so it is safe to berth small and large boats. Marina "Frapa" with 300 berths is one of most beautiful marinas on the Adriatic. If you are not arriving by private boat but still wish to arrive by sea we recommend ferry lines that connect Ancona with the cities of Split and Zadar that have great regular bus lines to Rogoznica.

In Rogoznica you can find local restaurants which offer special dishes of the region, such as: Dalmatian prosciutto with olives, brodetto (Dalmatian style with cornmeal), risotto with sea fruits, young roasted lamb “pod pekom”, sour cherry cake, rosata, frituli...
