Sleeping up to eight persons in considerable comfort, this is a villa where one can enjoy the best of this part of the French Riviera in a quiet area, with picturesque views all around including over Biot and towards the surrounding mountains.
The villa is full of light with full air conditioning and all the modern amenities one would expect. The front door leads to a luminous living/dining area which is contemporary and tastefully furnished.
The highlights are the outside terraced areas: the living area has three large French doors that open to a terrace with Jacuzzi spa. There is also a 12m x 5m swimming pool with pool house, outdoor dining and barbecue. The bedrooms on the upstairs have a shared terrace with great views across to the sea.
The beach is about 10 minutes drive away, whilst just a stone throw from the magical village of Biot or you are only 20 minutes from the centre of Cannes “La Croisette” or Nice the famous Promnade des Anglais other villages in the area such as Mougins, Antibes, Vance that has interesting art galleries, craft shops and cafes and restaurants. Also the pretty village St Paul de Vence has small cobbled streets with tempting artisan shops and is home to renowned restaurant La Colombe d'Or, and to name a few. Grasse the centre of perfumeries and then just beyond Nice one can visit Monaco and a little further enjoy a taste of Italy too or to the west of Grasse to Fayence and you can even venture a little further to St Tropez.
